How to read this comparison

  • Starter kit is the up-front purchase to begin selling. Some companies also charge an annual renewal or a website fee; check the company page.
  • Personal commission is your cut of your own retail sales. Downline commission is what you earn on sales by people you recruit; a plan with no downline pay is single-level, one with overrides is multi-level.
  • Sales to earn the kit back divides the minimum kit by the minimum commission. It is the retail volume you must sell before the kit has paid for itself, before any other costs.
  • Most multi-level plans publish an income disclosure statement. Ask for it, and read it, before you sign. Typical participants earn far less than the top ranks.
  • Figures are company-reported and can change. Spot something out of date? Tell us.

Excellent products that are 100% guaranteed for any reason, hypoallergenic, and so very nourishing for your skin. This company cares. The sky is the limit. Great training. Free website. Payday is 3 hours after every single sale!

Bad products, bad pay, their presenters are liars and bullies, I got out of there and I will never come back, their products are overpriced, is better products on the market for one less price, and they DO NOT HAVE THE CERTIFICATION OF CRUELTY FREE !! Stop lying!!!!

I’ve been apart of Mary Kay for 2.5 years ! I’m a Senior sales Director ☺️ However, the team commission statement on here is incorrect! We get 4-36% commission + our 50% on sales profit. Which would make us Number 1 for pay if all the rest of the companies are correct!

I am seeing many say overpriced??? Have you EVER in your lifetime shopped Sephora? ULTA? KKW? Rhiannas brand??????????? These are average prices. We ARE cruelty FREE! We DO back ALL of our products with a GUARANTEE!!! If you weren't happy, you had 3 months! And YES we DO BACK IT UP! I've used it myself plenty of times! I have severely sensitive skin, suffered from cystic acne for YEARS! 7 months cystic acne F R E E! Oh and as for the mascara/lash serum. It works. I am proof. Upon googling some of you ladies it seems you were reps who failed & never tried again. Don't be bitter & lie th...

I have used Mary Kay products going on 6 years now and I LOVE them. I have tried a few other products but they DO NOT COMPARE to the quality of what Mary Kay products are. I finally joined the Mary Kay Business after 5 years of being a customer. Man, I wish I would of joined sooner. I have heard Mary Kay is expensive and to be honest they are not. I bought the Timewise Set and It has lasted me 7 months!!!! I have had people tell me that my skin looks great and even tone :). I believe Mary Kay is the BEST as far as the Products and the Business plan!
