Beneve was started in 2023 by Judy Willodson, a former furniture business owner who became a top earner in network marketing and, by the company's account, grew tired of watching companies exploit their distributors. The result is a wellness brand headquartered in Daytona Beach, Florida that sells functional coffees and energy drinks, hydration, gut-health, collagen and beauty products through Independent Influencers. What makes the opportunity distinct is the framing: Beneve says it allocates 65% of every product dollar to its compensation plan, publishes an Influencer Bill of Rights that promises to protect a seller's business ownership and social media channels, and lets customer-gatherers rank advance without ever recruiting another Influencer. It costs $39.95 a year to join, with optional product packs.

Beneve - Our Thoughts

Company Overview

Beneve, LLC is a health and wellness direct sales company based at 970 N Clyde Morris Blvd in Daytona Beach, Florida. Industry coverage puts its launch at May 2023, which makes it one of the younger companies on Direct Sales Aid. It was founded by Judy Willodson, who is also the CEO. Her story, as the company tells it, is that she ran a successful furniture business, moved into network marketing and became one of the top earners in that world, then founded Beneve after watching other companies treat their distributors unfairly. Her stated goal is a company with no favoritism or special deals, just a level playing field for everyone. The company motto, "People Doing Good Together," shows up on almost every page of beneve.com, and the culture copy leans heavily on integrity, community and faith.

The product line is compact and drink-led. The flagship is the Xcelerate line of nootropic beverages: Original Coffee (a full-strength Arabica coffee blended with what the company calls cognitive-support ingredients), Coffee Lite, and two coffee-free options, Watermelon Berry and Tropical Sunrise, all available as a tub or as single-serve sticks for $65. Around those sit a citrus Electrolytes powder ($52.95), Gut Advantage capsules and powder marketed as a pre-, pro- and postbiotic ($87.95), Glutathione + ($65), GlucoGuard, Creatine + HMB, Amino Surge, and Luxe Liquid Collagen Peptides in orange vanilla ($79.95). In 2026 Beneve added Renew, an $89.95 peptide face and neck cream, its first skin care product. The company also sells curated Trim and Sculpt bundles and a $19.95 4-Day Sampler that Influencers use as a low-cost trial. Beneve describes its products as clean and science-backed and lists a Science & Medical Advisory Board and a Fitness Advisory Board on its site; as with any supplement company, none of the wellness or weight claims have been evaluated by the FDA, and Beneve says so in its own disclaimer.

Customers buy from an Influencer's replicated website. Beneve encourages repeat orders with a Subscribe & Save program (typically $5 to $8 off each future order) and a tiered discount of 10% to 15% when two or more products are in the cart. Beneve currently ships to the United States and its territories. The company also runs an X24 Challenge, a Beneve 4 Life app and live workout streams for its community.

Enrollment Packs

There is no physical starter kit. Becoming a Beneve Independent Influencer means paying $39.95 for what the company calls the Beneve Virtual Business Suite: a replicated website, back office, training library and business tools. The same $39.95 is charged annually to stay in good standing, and Beneve says an Influencer who goes more than 60 days without renewing loses commissions and back-office access, and is terminated after 180 days.

During the first 30 days after enrolling, new Influencers may also buy one of three optional Business Builder Enrollment Packs: Good ($212), Better ($445) or Best ($880). Beneve positions these as a way to have product on hand to sample with others and says each pack is discounted against buying the items separately ($20, $100 and $200 in savings respectively). The packs also pay a Fast Start Bonus to the sponsoring Influencer. The packs are optional; the $39.95 suite is the only required cost.

Compensation Plan

Beneve's plan, revised July 2026, lists 13 ways to earn and is built around customers first. When you enroll a new customer you receive a 50% New Customer Bonus on their product orders during their first 30 days, paid weekly (those orders carry reduced commissionable volume for the rest of the plan). From the customer's second month on you earn a monthly Customer Retention Bonus of 15%, 20% or 30% on their repeat orders, scaling with how many active customers you have (1 to 10, 11 to 30, 31 and up). Each 4-Day Sampler you sell pays a $5 bonus, with $1 per level to four upline levels.

Team income is a 12-level unilevel, paid monthly, with a Unilevel Check Match of 15%, 10% and 5% on the commissions of your first three enrollment-tree levels once you reach 2 Star (deeper match levels unlock at 3 Star and 4 Star). The ranks run from Influencer and Star through 1 Star to 7 Star, Ambassador and Crown Ambassador, qualified on group volume and personal active customers; the company stresses that customers count as legs, so recruiting is not required to advance. On top sit Fast Start Bonuses on enrollment packs, a promotional Power of 3 Xcelerator bonus ($200, $2,500 or $5,000 tiers during the first four months), rank advancement bonuses, a Lifestyle bonus, health-coverage bonuses, Star and Ambassador pools and incentive trips. Influencers must keep an 80 PV (or 100 PV at 3 Star and above) monthly order, of which customer volume can cover 40 PV. Check the current plan PDF on Beneve's site for the full percentage-by-level table.

Pros / Cons

  • Customer-focused plan with a 50% New Customer Bonus paid weekly and a retention bonus that scales up to 30%
  • Written Influencer Bill of Rights covering business ownership and social media channels

CONS

  • Young company (2023) with no income disclosure history, and Beneve itself says it lacks the data to show typical earnings

  • Premium prices ($52 to $90 per tub) in a crowded functional-coffee category
  • The full plan is dense: 13 income streams, two genealogy trees and reduced volume on new-customer orders take time to understand

What is Beneve?
Beneve, LLC is a health and wellness direct sales company headquartered in Daytona Beach, Florida. It was founded by Judy Willodson and launched its Independent Influencer program in May 2023. Beneve sells functional beverages such as Xcelerate nootropic coffee and coffee-free energy drinks, along with electrolytes, gut-health, glutathione, creatine and collagen supplements and the Renew peptide face cream, all through the personal websites of its Influencers.
How much does it cost to become a Beneve Independent Influencer?
Enrollment is $39.95, which buys the Beneve Virtual Business Suite: a personal website, back office and training tools. The same $39.95 is billed annually to stay in good standing. There is no required product purchase. During the first 30 days new Influencers may optionally buy a Good ($212), Better ($445) or Best ($880) Business Builder Enrollment Pack of product to sample and sell.
How do Beneve Influencers make money?
Beneve lists 13 ways to earn. On personal customers, Influencers get a 50% New Customer Bonus during the customer's first 30 days (paid weekly) and a 15% to 30% Customer Retention Bonus on repeat orders after that (paid monthly). Team earnings come from a 12-level unilevel commission, a three-level check match, Fast Start Bonuses on enrollment packs, rank advancement and lifestyle bonuses, and leadership pools. Beneve does not publish typical earnings and says results depend on individual effort.
What are the prices of Beneve products?
Most Beneve products are priced between about $52 and $90. The Xcelerate Original Coffee, Watermelon Berry and Tropical Sunrise tubs are $65, Electrolytes is $52.95, Luxe Liquid Collagen Peptides is $79.95, Gut Advantage capsules are $87.95 and the Renew face cream is $89.95. A 4-Day Sampler is $19.95 including shipping. Subscribe & Save orders take $5 to $8 off future shipments, and carts with two or more products get a 10% to 15% tiered discount.
Do I have to recruit to advance in Beneve?
No. Beneve's plan treats every personally enrolled customer as its own enrollment-tree leg, and the company states that an Influencer can reach every rank up to Crown Ambassador by gathering customers alone. Rank is qualified on monthly group volume and a minimum number of personal active customers, plus an 80 to 100 PV personal order of which customer orders can cover 40 PV. Building a team simply adds the unilevel and check match income streams.
