Zilara is the 2026 name for a company that has made plant-based products in Cincinnati, Ohio since 2011. Founder Paula Scarcella started Green Organics, LLC that year, launched the goDesana essential oil brand, and added the Heart & Body Naturals supplement line in 2017. Zilara now brings both under one roof, with products pressed, dried, blended and bottled in the company's own Cincinnati facility. The catalog runs from black seed oil and oil of oregano to fulvic minerals, Essiac tea, tinctures, essential oils and plant-based soaps and deodorants. Products are sold by independent Zilara Partners. Joining is free, there is no starter kit to buy, and Partners earn 30% of the business volume on orders from customers they refer.

Zilara - Our Thoughts
Company Overview
Zilara is new as a name but not as a company. Paula Scarcella founded Green Organics, LLC in 2011 in Cincinnati, Ohio, on what she calls a single conviction: that the body recognizes food, not chemicals. The same year the company launched goDesana, an essential oil brand built around the formulations of Alexandria Brighton, who the company calls a master practitioner. In 2017 it expanded into supplements with Heart & Body Naturals (HBN), which grew into a catalog the company puts at more than 200 wellness products. In 2026 Green Organics launched Zilara to bring those lines under one name and one set of standards.

The goDesana and HBN favorites carry on inside the Zilara catalog in the same formulations, made in the same facility. That facility is the heart of the pitch. The company says every product is pressed, dried, blended and bottled in one Cincinnati plant that it describes as GMP-compliant, that every incoming ingredient lot is identity-tested, and that each finished product can be traced back by lot code to its ingredients and suppliers.
The compensation plan would reward the work of serving customers. The structure would be transparent enough that any partner could explain it in a single conversation.

Products. Zilara groups its catalog into herbs and supplements, essential oils, GOGOStix pocket inhalers, drinkable wellness such as coffee and tea, daily nutrition, and plant-based bath, beauty, home and laundry care, plus kids' and pet lines. Best sellers include Black Seed Oil, Oil of Oregano, Fulvic Minerals, pH Alkaline and Essiac tea. The company says its formulas use no synthetic vitamin isolates, no artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners or preservatives, and no GMOs, and that every ingredient is named in full on the label. Like all supplements, the products carry a disclaimer that the statements have not been evaluated by the FDA, so treat any health benefits as the company's own claims.

Ways to save. Customers create a free account to shop. Auto-Delivery orders of at least 10 CV every 31 days unlock the Member Rewards Program, which starts at 5% back in product points and rises, the company says, to as much as 30% for members who stay active. There are also bulk discounts, Buy 3 Get 1 Free offers, value packs, and a monthly Vault product included free with qualifying 100 CV orders. Zilara ships to the US and a long list of other countries, and offers a 60-day return window on products.
Compensation Plan
Zilara calls its pay plan S.A.F.E. (Straightforward, Attainable, Fair, Enduring) and publishes it in two PDFs, a one-page overview and a full detailed plan. It is free to join, and there is no starter kit or enrollment pack to buy. Earnings are calculated on business volume (BV), a value the company assigns to each product, which is not always the same as the retail price. Qualification runs on your most recent 31 days of activity rather than the calendar month. The plan has six ways to earn:
- Retail Rewards: 30% of the BV on every order placed by customers you personally refer, paid in real time. No personal purchase, rank or team is required.
- Community (2 x 15 matrix): 5% per level on the first 10 BV of each order in your Community, down 15 levels, with 10 BV of monthly personal volume (PV) to qualify.
- Team (binary): build a left and a right team; every 100 BV on each side completes a Team Cycle that pays $10 (10% of the weaker side). Volume carries over and does not flush while you stay active. Requires 50 BV of PV.
- Leadership Match: from Gold rank, a match on the Team and Community earnings of your enrollment tree, from 10% on the first generation at Gold to 50% at Triple Diamond, with 5% on deeper generations up to nine generations.
- STAR Bonus: each order of 100 BV or more creates a STAR Credit; filling your grid across five generations unlocks bonuses of $50, $75, $100, $150 and $200. The grid resets monthly.
- Leadership Bonus: one-time rank bonuses from $100 at Bronze to $100,000 at Triple Diamond, half paid when you reach the rank and half after you hold it for three consecutive months.
Entry ranks are Customer, Influencer and Executive. Leadership ranks run from Bronze (100 BV plus 5 Team Cycles) through Silver, Gold, Platinum, Pearl, Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald, Diamond and Double Diamond to Triple Diamond (100 BV plus 5,000 Team Cycles). Customer orders carry only 50% of their BV into the Community and Team structures. The company's own documents say its examples are illustrative and not a guarantee of income, so check the company's current compensation plan for exact rates and rules before you join.
