How to read this comparison

- Personal commission is your cut of your own retail sales. Downline commission is what you earn on sales by people you recruit; a plan with no downline pay is single-level, one with overrides is multi-level.
- Sales to earn the kit back divides the minimum kit by the minimum commission. It is the retail volume you must sell before the kit has paid for itself, before any other costs.
- Most multi-level plans publish an income disclosure statement. Ask for it, and read it, before you sign. Typical participants earn far less than the top ranks.

The wines are overpriced and over-hyped. They are sourced from well-known domestic/import wineries and passed off as having a standard of higher quality than what the original winery produces. Reps from S&C can TELL you that they are of higher quality, but anyone can do a little digging and easily be able to determine what large wineries they are sourcing from and decide if you want to spend 3x the price for a S&C wine just because it's "Double Lab Tested" <-- means nothing, the other wineries are using the same fruit. Also, there's NO SUCH THING as a "Level 3 Sommelier." Yikes! :/...
The selection of wines is wonderfully diverse and are hand picked by a level 3 sommelier. They are also independently lab tested to ensure they adhere to the Scout & Cellar strict standards of: ZERO added chemicals, ZERO synthetic pesticides used in growing of the grapes, ZERO GRAMS OF ADDED SUGAR (you would be surprised how much sugar is added in commercial wines) and low sulfites. You'll want to try these wines and become hooked on drinking clean crafted! It makes a world of difference in how you feel.
Boisset Wine Living and the Boisset Collection is the most exciting company to work for, not the least because of who is at the helm — Jean-Charles Boisset (google him!) — a visionary, and industry legend-in-the-making, the next Robert Mondavi he has been called (and is married to Gina Gallo). Anyone who loves wine is a potential customer, and every wine in our extensive portfolio is great — something for every palate and budget. We are also unique in that we can market to businesses and large events, unlike other direct selling companies, so the sky is the limit to earning! I LOVE my job!!
