Amare Global is a wellness company with one big idea: that a healthy gut supports a healthy mind. Its best-known product is Happy Juice, a daily drink made by mixing EDGE+, a plant-based nootropic drink mix, with MentaBiotics, a blend of probiotics, prebiotics and phytobiotics. The range also covers energy drinks, multivitamins, collagen, weight management, kids' products and even hair care. Amare grew quickly after its launch and bought the older wellness company Kyäni in 2022. Products are sold through independent Amare Brand Partners, who earn commissions on customer orders and can choose whether to build a team.

Amare Global - Our Thoughts
Company Overview
Amare Global was founded by entrepreneur Hiep Tran, who has said the idea came from his own experience of burnout in the business world. The company's 2022 press release dates its founding to 2018. The name comes from the Latin word for "to love", and the brand calls itself The Mental Wellness Company. From the start it built its products around one theme: the link between the gut microbiome and the brain, which Amare shortens to GBX.

Kyäni and new owners. In September 2022 Amare announced it had acquired Kyäni, Inc., a wellness company founded in 2006 by the Hansen and Taylor families and operating in more than 50 countries. Kyäni products such as Sunset now sit in the Amare catalog. Ownership has changed since then: David C. Chung became owner and chairman, Asma Ishaq served as CEO, and in July 2025 Chung took over as chief executive himself. The company's recent releases are datelined Lehi, Utah.
Amare is shifting into high gear. This is a moment of alignment, acceleration, and absolute belief in our purpose, our people, and our potential.
David Chung, Owner, Chairman and CEO, Amare Global — PR Newswire, July 2025
Products. Happy Juice is the product most people know. It is a pack of two drink mixes poured into one glass: EDGE+, which the company describes as a plant-based nootropic formula for cognitive performance and motivation, and MentaBiotics, a blend of probiotics, prebiotics and phytobiotics that Amare says supports the gut microbiome and resilience to occasional stress. EDGE+ comes in rotating flavors such as Mango Glow, Strawberry Bliss and Watermelon. The company has advertised a 90-day money-back guarantee on Happy Juice.

Around Happy Juice sits a wider range: Energy+ (a matcha and guayusa drink with seasonal flavors like Apple Cider), Restore for digestion, VitaGBX multivitamins, Sunset softgels with tocotrienols and omega-3s, NeuCollagen, GBX Slim2Fit for weight management, Kids Happy Juice, and The Rootist hair care. As with any supplement, the benefits are the company's claims and have not been evaluated by the FDA. The official site is amare.com.
Brand Partner Fee
Amare does not sell a physical starter kit. Instead, new Brand Partners pay a fee. From September 1, 2026, new US Brand Partners pay an initial $25 Brand Partner Fee at enrollment, then an Annual Brand Partner Fee of $69.95 each year after the first. The company says there are no monthly technology fees, and its policy manual states that no product purchase is required to become a Brand Partner.
The fee covers a personal affiliate link (new customers get $10 off their first order), a MyAmareShop site, the back office and commission system, and the ABC (Amare Business Coach) app, which walks new sellers through their first shares and bonuses. In practice most Brand Partners also buy the products they share, often on Subscribe & Save, but that is a choice rather than a requirement. Check the enrollment page for the current fee before you sign up.
Compensation Plan
Amare's plan leans toward customer sales. According to the company, Brand Partners can earn a 20% commission on qualifying customer first orders, paid weekly, and up to 38% on qualifying customer orders. They can also earn on purchases by customers that their own customers refer, and they can earn these customer commissions without building a team. To be commission eligible in a month, a Brand Partner needs 100 PV of personal volume.
For those who do build, there are fast-start bonuses. Me + Three pays a bonus when three new Customers or Brand Partners have Subscribe & Save orders totaling at least 300 points (plus 600 PTV). Focus on Five does the same for five new people and 500 points, which the company says unlocks up to $500 in bonuses. Beyond that are team commissions, rank advancement (Brand Partner, Brand Builder, Bronze and up), up to 25% back in product rewards, and incentive trips such as Path to Paradise, held in Puerto Vallarta in October 2026.
When I founded this company five years ago, I hoped to share the benefits of mental wellness and financial opportunity with the world.
Hiep Tran, Founder and Chairman, Amare Global — press release, September 2022
Amare changes bonuses and promotions often, so treat these figures as a guide and check the company's current compensation plan and income disclosure for exact rates and rank requirements.
