RYZE Party bills itself as the original sterling silver guarantee jewelry surprise company and as a business created for consultants, by consultants. The format is simple: a customer buys a sealed surprise, the Independent Consultant reveals it live, and whatever comes out is guaranteed .925 sterling silver. Pieces are grouped into lines such as Core Line, By Design Layers and Power Play. What makes the opportunity distinct is that it is a genuine party-plan business built for social media live selling rather than catalog sales. The company is based in Cookeville, Tennessee, ships only within the United States, and runs on a deposit model where consultants put down 75% on inventory they want to reveal and get that deposit back as pieces sell. Enrollment is $99.99 with optional $299.99 or $599.99 starter kits.

RYZE Party - Our Thoughts
Company Overview
RYZE Party (legally Ryze, Inc, doing business as Ryze Party) is a direct sales jewelry company headquartered at 44 CC Camp Road in Cookeville, Tennessee. It was started by Cindy Lee and a group of co-founders who had sold party-plan jewelry themselves, which is why the company's tagline is created for consultants, by consultants, and its fifth-anniversary message in 2025 puts the launch around 2020. The tagline on the storefront, a sparkle in every surprise, sums up the product. Customers do not pick a ring or necklace; they buy a sealed surprise at a set price point, and their Independent Consultant opens it on camera, usually during a live party on social media. What makes that a reasonable bet for the customer is the Sterling Silver Guarantee: the company says every single jewelry surprise contains a high-quality .925 sterling silver ring or necklace, and it calls itself the original sterling silver guarantee jewelry surprise company.

The jewelry is organized into categories that also govern replacements. The refund policy names a Core Line and a By Design Layers necklace line, and the policies document describes a Power Play category of bold, confident pieces that make a statement. There is also a Consultant Staxx Collection box aimed at consultants themselves. RYZE says it stands behind two core values, customer and consultant care and superior quality standards, and lists beautiful original designs and top-notch customer service alongside the silver guarantee. Because the whole model is built on the surprise, the company does not offer refunds; a defective piece reported within thirty days is replaced under warranty with another surprise from the same category, marked not for sale. Consultants may offer a customer a trade after a reveal, at their own discretion, for a new piece in the same category and price point.
Operationally, RYZE ships only to the fifty states and US territories, by USPS, and every order, customer or personal, must be opened on a recording so quality issues can be documented. In mid-2026 the storefront was carrying a new look and more sparkle coming soon banner, so expect the product lineup and imagery to keep changing. The official site is ryzeparty.com.
Starter Kit
Joining RYZE Party starts with a $99.99 enrollment fee, which is the only required cost. New Independent Consultants then have the option, not the obligation, to buy one of two starter kits priced at $299.99 or $599.99; each includes the enrollment fee, jewelry to reveal, and beginner and business materials. Neither the fee nor the kits pay commission to anyone upline. If you change your mind, a kit can be returned within thirty days of enrollment for ninety percent of what you paid, less shipping and taxes. Once enrolled you immediately get a replicated website to share and access to the back office, and the company's advice is to go live, post your website and start taking pre-orders for your first party. Beyond the kit, inventory works on a deposit: consultants put down 75% of the value of each piece they want to reveal, and that deposit comes back when the piece sells to a customer or is returned at the end of the agreement, less a 25% repackaging fee.

Compensation Plan
RYZE Party publishes its policies and procedures but not the compensation plan itself, so treat this as the structure rather than the rates. Independent Consultants are authorized to sell RYZE products for a commission on their own party sales, and the company says you can begin earning at your very first party. The join page also advertises residual income from those who join your team, and the policies confirm that commissions, bonuses, overrides and achievement levels are calculated each month, that a consultant must be Active to earn on downline sales, and that inactive positions compress upward so volume flows to the next Active consultant. Payouts are by direct deposit with a $25 minimum, and a written Income Disclosure Statement must be shown to anyone who is presented the plan. Staying Active means renewing annually through the back office (there is currently no renewal fee) and making at least one genuine customer sale every ninety days; three consecutive months with zero sales makes a consultant inactive. Exact commission percentages, rank names and bonus qualifications are in the compensation plan provided at enrollment, so check the current document before quoting any numbers.
Pros / Cons
PROS
- Surprise reveals are made for live selling on social media and every box is guaranteed .925 sterling silver
- Low required cost to start: $99.99 enrollment, with starter kits optional
- Inventory on a refundable deposit instead of outright purchase, plus a free website and back office
- Annual renewal with no fee, and only one customer sale per ninety days to stay Active
CONS
- Commission rates and rank structure are not published; you get the compensation plan at enrollment
- No refunds on anything, and deposits returned at termination lose a 25% repackaging fee
- US-only shipping, and reveals must be recorded on camera, which not every seller enjoys
- The company was mid-rebrand in 2026 with a placeholder FAQ page still live, so public information is thin
