I am in my 40's and like many other women, found that as I was getting older it was becoming harder and harder to keep the weight off. Beachbody and the 21 Day Fix has shown me how to do just that. I hope to show others that it is possible to be healthy and fit as we get older.

What is Team Beachbody?
Team Beachbody Coaches sold structured home fitness. The core products were workout programs such as P90X, Insanity, Hip Hop Abs, TurboFire, Focus T25 and 21 Day Fix, first on DVD and later by streaming. Shakeology, a daily nutrition shake, was the bestselling consumable, joined by Beachbody Performance supplements, the 3-Day Refresh and portion-control containers. Coaches often bundled a program and a month of Shakeology into a Challenge Pack. Buyers were mostly adults who wanted to lose weight or get fit at home, often with a Coach and an online accountability group for support.
