Lia Sophia sold fashion jewelry: statement necklaces, chandelier earrings, studs, bangles, cuffs, rings and pendants in gold-tone, silver-tone and mixed metals. New collections came out each season, along with limited editions, the family-designed Kiam Collection and a Red Carpet Collection of styles worn by celebrities. Many pieces sold for well under $150. Most customers were women who bought at a friend's home party, often to update an outfit or pick up a gift, and liked that the company would replace a broken piece.
