L'BRI Pure n' Natural has been selling aloe-based skin care since 1998. The name blends the founders' first names, Linda and Brian Kaminski, and the company is still family-owned and run from Mukwonago, Wisconsin. Its formulas list Aloe Vera Barbadensis Miller as the first ingredient in place of water, and the company says its products are free of parabens, sulfates, phthalates and artificial dyes. Best sellers include the three-step Skin Care Trios, the Vita-C line, Aloe Vera Barbadensis Jelly and Intense Body Butter. Everything is sold through independent L'BRI Consultants, who hold home and online parties, mail free samples and share a personal shopping website. Orders ship straight from the company.

L'Bri Pure N Natural - Our Thoughts
Company Overview
L'BRI Pure n' Natural began with an accident. Brian Kaminski was burned by molten metal while working in a foundry, and the company's own history says the hospital treatment was not helping. Linda Kaminski covered his burns in natural aloe, and the couple credit that moment with starting everything that followed. By then the two had already spent years selling for other direct sales cosmetics companies, where Linda earned top sales awards.

In 1998 they started their own company in Mukwonago, Wisconsin, and named it by joining their first names: L'BRI. Linda worked with a chemist to source aloe grown in the Rio Grande Valley, using only the inner gel, and to build a cold stabilization process the company says protects the plant's properties. Her rule was to formulate with aloe first, not water. The company says several of those first formulas are still in the catalog today. L'BRI celebrated its 25th anniversary in August 2023 and remains family-owned.
Our promise has always been simple: Put Aloe first. But, more importantly, we put people first.
Linda and Brian Kaminski, co-founders — L'BRI press release, April 2025
The product line has grown well beyond skin care. Alongside the Skin Care Trios there is the Vita-C treatment line (a Bakuchiol line is listed as coming soon), the MaxiFirm peptide serum, masques and peels, body butters and lotions in seasonal scents, shampoos and conditioners, mineral makeup, men's grooming, baby care, Ink Glow tattoo care, the SuperAloe cream and Aloe + Collagen drink mixes. The company describes its products as plant-based, cruelty-free and free of parabens, sulfates, phthalates and artificial FD&C dyes. Every product carries a 60-day money-back guarantee, and the company says its packaging is recyclable.

Some recent changes are worth knowing. In April 2025 L'BRI launched L'BRI en Español, with a Spanish-language shopping cart and catalog. It ships only within the United States and Puerto Rico. Each month it gives a share of sales to Make-A-Wish Wisconsin, and its corporate office holds an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. You can find a seller in the L'BRI Consultant directory or browse similar brands in cosmetics and skin care.
Starter Kit
L'BRI calls its enrollment options starter kits, and each one ships as a physical box. The prices below were listed on the company's Join page in October 2026.
- Aloe Beautiful Box, $49 (listed at $205 retail value). Samples of every Skin Care Trio plus a few best sellers. L'BRI also mails five free sample sets to your future customers.

Within your first 50 days you can add a themed kit at a discount: Beauty, Body Care or Anti-Aging for $99 each, or a Men's kit for $59. After enrollment, the only required cost the company lists is a $9.95 monthly technology fee, which covers your personal L'BRI website. There is no inventory to buy, because L'BRI ships orders directly to customers. The Body Care Boss Kit is a limited-time offer, so check the current options with a L'BRI Consultant before you sign up.
Compensation Plan
L'BRI pays Consultants a commission on every order placed through them, plus a discount on their own orders. The rank table on the company's Join page (October 2026) sets out how both grow with your team.
- Consultant: 20% commission and a 30% discount on personal orders of $150 or more.
- Senior Consultant: 2 qualified personally sponsored lines and $1,500 in group volume. Same 20%, plus a $100 cash promotion bonus.
- Supervisor: 4 lines and $3,000 group volume. 26% commission, 36% discount, $200 promotion bonus.
- Manager: 8 lines and $6,000 group volume. 30% commission, 40% discount, $500 promotion bonus.
- Executive Manager: 12 lines and $9,000 group volume. 35% commission, 45% discount, $1,000 promotion bonus.
Above Executive Manager the commission stays at 35%, and the titles climb through Senior, Elite, Diamond and Double Diamond Executive Manager, which asks for 28 lines and $21,000 in group volume. The table also lists a 5% sponsoring bonus at every rank. Personal orders under $150 get a flat 20% discount.
On top of commissions there are incentives. New Consultants can earn free products and cash in their first 50 days. Executive Managers qualify for a monthly Lifestyle Bonus, which the company says can go toward a car, travel or a home. L'BRI also runs an incentive trip and says about 100 Consultants earn it each year. Hosts get their own rewards too, including half-price products and up to 80% savings on a qualified party of $300 or more, which helps Consultants book events.
The company notes that actual earnings depend on time and skill, and that not everyone reaches the income levels shown. Ask your sponsor how group volume is measured and over what period before you set goals.
