For so many years I was so busy loving on my family that I barely took any time to take care of me. Now that my children are 13 to 21 and now that I am helping my parents with health concerns I realize that taking care of me is actually taking care if my family too. To take care if my health, to feel good and look good brings me confidence and strenght. Being the very best you can be each day is something that is a blessing.
