Now that my 16 year is starting to drive I needed a hobby and I found thrive feel in love. I started Le-Vel about 10 months ago and found in love. It's so easy just 3 steps a day! First u take ur vitamins right when u get out of bed with 8 oz of water, then u mix ur shake but put it in the refrigerator for 30-40 mins! While ur getting dressed it's chilling ! When ur down getting dressed u get your shake drink it and add you DFT patch ( which if for appetite control) and u are down. Easy as 1,2,3!!!
