India was born in London, England, and comes from both British and design royalty. Her father was famed interior decorator David Hicks, and her mother is Lady Pamela Hicks, whose father was the last viceroy of India, hence India’s name.

A group of spirited entrepreneurs, called Ambassadors, share collections shaped by India’s design heritage, British roots and island story.India Hicks Ambassadors are savvy, accomplished women who are looking for something new and entrepreneurial, and also want to be part of a community. Together we form a Tribe of women committed to making a change, both in our own lives and the lives of others. Our charity initiative - Get Together Give Together - enables hosts to donate 10% to 40% of sales to a charity of their choice, as often as they like. Together we've supported over 800 charities.
