What is Epicure?
Epicure sold quick, healthy meals in a packet. Its range covered seasonings, rubs, dip mixes, dressings, sauce mixes, baking mixes and toppers, plus cookware such as steamers, pots and bakeware. Fan favourites included Butter Chicken, Taco and Three Onion Dip. Every food product was sold as gluten-free and made in a nut-free facility. That drew busy families, people with celiac disease or nut allergies, and anyone who wanted dinner on the table in about 20 minutes. Customers usually met the brand at a friend's cooking party.
