The Cocoa Exchange sold premium chocolate and things to make with it. Under the Dove Chocolate Discoveries name, the range included DOVE chocolates, mousse packets, sipping chocolate, chocolate martini mixes, fondue kits, chocolate-covered almonds and cranberries, dessert mixes, chai tea and baking tools. As The Cocoa Exchange it added Pure Dark single-origin bars, Dove Signature gifts and the Pod & Bean line of cocoa-based sauces and seasonings, with most items priced from about $12 to $36. Buyers were mostly home bakers, hosts and gift shoppers who liked tasting before they bought.
