What is Country Gourmet Home?
Country Gourmet Home sold shortcut cooking. Its catalog covered dip mixes, dip chillers, soup and dinner mixes, seasonings, side dishes, baking and bread mixes, scones, cookies, cupcakes, pancakes, jams, fruit butters, syrups and smoothie mixes. Most needed only one or two kitchen staples to finish. The company also made wickless wax melts in more than 200 scents, many named after desserts and baked goods. Buyers were busy home cooks, party hosts, gift shoppers and groups raising money with mix fundraisers.
